The Lonely Planet M-Site (mobile site) is a travel and entertainment service that can be viewed on mobile phones with mobile internet browsers.

By using our mobile site you accept these terms. We may change these terms now and then (and may or may not let you know when we have), so check them regularly. Just so you know, when we say 'we', we mean us (Lonely Planet Publications Pty Ltd).
You may view and download content from the Lonely Planet M-Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the content in any other way or for any other purpose, including copying or distributing the content, without our permission. Also, Lonely Planet's other intellectual property, including Lonely Planet's trade marks and any information we send you may not be used in any way or for any purpose without our permission. Permission requests can be made using our feedback form here.

The Lonely Planet M-Site is provided to you for free; however you may incur charges from your mobile carriers, such as data carriage and GPRS or CDMA charges.
We try hard to make sure the information provided on the Lonely Planet M-Site is as accurate as possible, but the content is provided "as is". You should verify critical information (like visas and health and safety information) before you travel.

We are not responsible to you or anyone else for any loss, damage, liability, cost or expense suffered in connection with the use of the Lonely Planet M-Site or any of its content. We make no warranties or representations about the site (including the content or its continuing availability) and we exclude, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability which may occur as a result of its use. We will never be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or profits or revenue arising out of the use of the site.
Any legal issues arising from your use of the Lonely Planet M-Site will be dealt with under the laws of Victoria, Australia.

We will collect personal information from you when you provide us with feedback, request help or make a complaint (see below). The Lonely Planet privacy policy will apply to any collection or use of your personal information.
